Apple Lai
Apple bought Rodneys from Georgina in April 2023. She has over 20 years experience in both barbering and hairdressing. She owns another salon within town and splits her time between both.
Apple has alot to offer with her experience and expertise in the barbering world.
Georgina Webb
I joined the Rodney's team in 2010 with levels 1, 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, then trained at Rodney's School of Barbering to become a Barber.
I also hold O.C.R. level 3 award in assessing candidates performance through observation.
Terry Ellis
Terry is our longest standing barber of whom was trained by Rodney and his school of barbering. In 1989 she left school and became an apprentice at Rodney's hairdressing and barbering.
Terry is a very confident stylist with more than 35 years experience under her belt.
Rodney Southgate
Rodney owned; 'Rodney's Barbers' for 47 years before he sold it to Georgina Webb in 2015. Sadly, Rodney passed away in 2022.
He had been president of the National Hairdresser's Federation both in Colchester and Clacton. He had also entered numerous national competitions over the years, and came forth nationally and second in east Anglia in one of them.
For over two decades Rodney had a Barbering school, where he held intensive courses for students.
